Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any ix666 service. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register and use ix666. One account per person. Employees and associates of ix666 are excluded.
All funds deposited must be your own. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ix666 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion are available in your account settings. ix666 reserves the right to impose limits or close accounts where problem gambling is suspected.
ix666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in cases of fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, underage gambling, or breach of these Terms. Users may also close their account voluntarily at any time.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ix666 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, content and services operated under the ix666 brand ("the Platform"). By creating an account or placing a bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
ix666 operates as an English-language online gambling information and gaming platform targeting Pakistani users. ix666 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not operate from within Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ix666 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with ix666.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and maintain an Account on ix666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
ix666 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria above are not met, without obligation to disclose its reasons to the User concerned.
To register an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, ix666 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is fully completed to ix666's satisfaction. ix666 reserves the right to freeze Account balances and suspend withdrawal processing while verification is pending or where documents are found to be incomplete, expired or potentially fraudulent.
By submitting KYC documentation, you confirm that all documents provided are genuine, belong to you and accurately represent your identity and financial circumstances. Submitting false documentation constitutes fraud and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, place bets on your behalf or manage your funds through your Account. Sharing login credentials is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. ix666 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel, including email, live chat or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
You must notify ix666 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, suspected breach of your credentials or any suspicious activity. ix666 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
You must keep all personal information held in your Account accurate and up to date, including your name, date of birth, email address and payment details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed or refused withdrawals and may constitute a breach of these Terms.
All funds deposited into your ix666 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and must constitute legally obtained monies. ix666 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
Payment method references displayed on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity relevant to Pakistani users. Actual payment method availability must be verified in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. ix666 does not claim that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions.
ix666 reserves the right to decline any deposit or reverse a completed deposit where fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, funds may be held pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
ix666 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request and to delay payment pending the outcome of such checks. Amounts quoted on the Platform are inclusive of any applicable fees disclosed at the time of transaction. Currency amounts are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable for your convenience.
All bets placed on the ix666 Platform are subject to these Terms and to any product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform (for example, sportsbook rules, casino game information panels or live dealer table rules). Where a conflict exists between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.
All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. ix666 reserves the right to void bets, amend odds or suspend markets where an event is subject to exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation, abandonment, evident pricing errors or where irregular betting patterns are detected. Cricket markets including PSL, ICC tournaments and T20 internationals are subject to the same rules. Bet settlement is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
All casino and instant games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in the information panel of each game. ix666 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned. Any winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game are subject to review and may be voided.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Connection interruptions caused by your device or internet service provider are outside ix666's control. If a live game round is interrupted on ix666's side, the round will be settled in accordance with the game provider's specific rules for incomplete rounds.
ix666 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms supplement and, where relevant, override the general bonus provisions in this clause.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ix666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to appropriate authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ix666.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ix666 and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

ix666 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ix666 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, fraud prevention services and payment processors where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details of data retention, your rights as a data subject and how to submit a data access or erasure request.
ix666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ix666 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ix666 holds its operating licence. ix666 does not accept the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to the operation of the Platform.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact ix666 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through support, the dispute may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described in the Platform's Help Centre. Where ix666's licensing framework provides access to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, Users may refer unresolved complaints to that body after exhausting the internal complaints procedure.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
